This Privacy Policy explains how SellWorks ("SellWorks," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit sellworks.ai, create an account, use our AI content generation tools, purchase a subscription, contact support, or otherwise use our services (the "Service"). Until a formal legal entity is formed, references to SellWorks mean the current operator or operators of the SellWorks service and any future company, assignee, or successor that operates the Service.
By using the Service, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, do not use the Service.
1. Personal information we collect

Information such as your name, email address, password or authentication method, workspace name, team role, company name, preferences, and settings.
Billing and transaction information
Information related to your plan, subscription status, invoices, payment history, credits, usage limits, and billing communications. Payment card details are typically processed by third-party payment processors, and we do not intend to store full payment card numbers on our systems.
Customer Content
Inputs, prompts, product URLs, product descriptions, product images, brand assets, logos, creative instructions, uploaded files, generated Outputs, edits, exports, feedback, and other materials you submit to or generate through the Service.
Product URL and platform information
When you submit a product URL or connect information from an ecommerce platform, marketplace, ad platform, or other third-party service, we may process information available from that URL or service, such as product titles, images, descriptions, prices, reviews, metadata, and publicly available page content.
Usage and device information
Information such as IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, clicks, session events, generation jobs, credit usage, feature usage, approximate location derived from IP address, logs, and diagnostic information.

3. AI processing and model improvement
SellWorks processes Customer Content to provide AI generation, editing, storage, export, safety, and support features.
We do not use non-public Customer Content from user accounts to train public or general-purpose AI models unless you have given us permission. We may use aggregated, de-identified, or synthetic usage data, safety signals, feedback, and technical logs to operate, secure, evaluate, and improve the Service.
Third-party AI model providers and infrastructure providers may process Customer Content on our behalf to provide the Service. Their processing is subject to their applicable terms, privacy commitments, and security controls.
4. How we share personal information
We may share personal information with:
Service providers
Vendors and service providers that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, cloud storage, AI model providers, payment processors, analytics, email, customer support, security, monitoring, and other operational tools.
Team members and workspace administrators
If you use the Service as part of a team or workspace, workspace owners, administrators, and other authorized members may access information related to your account activity, generated assets, credits, and shared workspace content.
Third-party platforms and integrations
If you choose to connect or use a third-party platform, marketplace, ecommerce service, ad platform, or integration, we may share information as needed to provide that functionality.
Legal, safety, and enforcement purposes
We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; enforce our Terms or policies; detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues; or protect the rights, property, or safety of SellWorks, users, customers, or others.
Business transfers
If SellWorks is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, formation of a legal entity, or transition to a successor operator, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
